MATCOS-13 will be held in Koper, the biggest city of the Slovenian Adriatic coast and the wide region of Primorska. Koper, being the oldest town in Slovenia, is a historical city and its region is the most developed in Slovenia due to its economic development, traffic infrastructure and lively cultural pulse.
